Return Policy

All Orders MUST be
prepaid

Cash refund on workmanship valid within 30 days of purchase.
Copy of Receipt required.

Order(s) must be returned at customers expense before a cash refund can be issued.

Once order(s) is received by Knotz Made, customer will receive a reply from Knotz Made
confirming the order(s) was received. Details of their total order(s) refund amount,
plus the cost of returning the original order(s) to Knotz Made
will be included in the reply.

If NO exchange is made, customer will receive refund for the cost of shipping order
BACK to Knotz Made.

Refund will be issued within 15 business days of receipt.

If customer used PayPal to purchase, customer's refund amount
will be made to the customer through PayPal.

If using a Major Credit Card, your refund amount will be made to the Credit Card used.

If customer used a personal check or money order, customer will receive refund
through regular postal mail.

Replacement arrangements, like exchanges, can also be made concerning other issues
with customer's order. Example, length, color, etc.
